I have proved in the past that both WiFi Hubs, the Sagemcom that you have & the Huawei, both forward TCP port 44158 without issue.   By server mode, I mean is the application running & ready to receive incoming connections from the internet.   Where I asked about the device's firewall, I do not mean the router's firewall, there is no need to touch that at all. Currently, with the DG8041W WiFi hub this is a firmware related bug. The only workaround is to use a different external port & translate it in the rule to port 80:-   External Port: 9080 (example, must be between 1024 and 65535) Internal port: 80   Then people trying to access your webserver would need to use a URL specifying the external port like this:-   http://myddnsdomain.com:9080   Note the colon between the domain & port number. ... I will PM you a link for a guide of mine on Wi-Fi interference & initially look at the section called "Are you suffering from interference – prove it first". This section includes full details of Wi-Fi analysers that I recommend for Windows, Windows phone, Android and Apple operating systems. However, I have no way of testing the Apple product. Do not worry about interpreting the results, I will do that for you. Please post the screenshots that I have requested in my guide (no photos please they can be difficult to read as text can get out of focus when zoomed), from the analyser you are using (also in my attached guide). Please ensure that the analyser window is maximised (if Windows) before taking the screenshots & upload them via the "Insert Photos" button (in a mobile browser it's the picture icon) on the post editor's toolbar with the Size parameter set to Large. Thanks for that, unless there is a bug in these netsh commands, there are only two networks being advertised by your router:-   TALKTALK09BC24 5.4 TALKTALK09BC24   The network "TALKTALK09BC24 2" does not show up unless it has a very low signal strength.   What is very strange is that the network you are connected to "TALKTALK09BC24 5.4" is showing as using channel 0, which is plain wrong.   I think I need to see the output from an independent tool (it is free), do you want me to PM details of this to you?     ... When this next happens on your phone, please can you find these IP parameters & let me know what they are (you may well have to Google how to find this information). The parameters I need to know are:-   IP address (typically something like 192.168.1.25) Subnet mask (normally 255.255.255.0) Default gateway (normally 192.168.1.1) DNS server (normally 192.168.1.1) A simple way to find this to install the WiFi Analyser app by Farproc:- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer&hl=en_GB  This is an Android app, but the spec for your phone says that its OS is based on Android V9, so I have no idea if it will run or not.   If it does run OK, the information that I require when the phone is connected but has no internet access can be found by going into this app and tapping on the AP View, then turn the phone into landscape orientation & all of this information is displayed down the LHS. ...
