worked for TalkTalk = 18 years Specially = Billing / Homephone / trustpilot / general customer service requests. What do you like to chat about : = Football/ TV box sets / films / indy Music. About me: I was a professional footballer till the age of 19, Then went onto Collage and University getting a degree in computing , joined TalkTalk in 2004 as Broadband 1st advisor, then after 6 months moved to HLC/CEO and did that for 7 years before moving onto the Online community (formally Members Forum) I’m a mad Liverpool fan, held a season ticket for the past 5 years. Love going to live gigs be all around the world seeing some amazing bands.

There are notes to show that the cancellation fee is to be waived if generated, as this is migration away we will need to manually clear it once the transfer is complete which looks to be on the 23rd March, the charge will be generated after that if you post back after the 23rd and before the 8th April we can clear it.

The migration process for FTTP lines is nothing like LLU/ FTTC lines, unfortunately, to go to another provider there has to be a cease placed once that completes, only then can a new order can be placed.

@Mally4, I apologize if your feel my response was in any way sarcastic, that was not my intention, we do have a lot of customers who don't check their bills or My Account they only check the outgoings form their bank (which is what I do TBH), and as AllyM has pointed out all the information is in full view. I cant find the historical offers from 2021 but I suspect that the supersafe boost was part of your contract which expired after 24 months.
