worked for TalkTalk = 18 years Specially = Billing / Homephone / trustpilot / general customer service requests. What do you like to chat about : = Football/ TV box sets / films / indy Music. About me: I was a professional footballer till the age of 19, Then went onto Collage and University getting a degree in computing , joined TalkTalk in 2004 as Broadband 1st advisor, then after 6 months moved to HLC/CEO and did that for 7 years before moving onto the Online community (formally Members Forum) I’m a mad Liverpool fan, held a season ticket for the past 5 years. Love going to live gigs be all around the world seeing some amazing bands.
