Hi,
I had an engineer visit my property as we had no wifi and they was not able to fix it resolve the problem over the phone. The engineer came and advised that he believes the fault is with the talk talk box and ordered a new one for me which ended up being true and the wifi worked when the new box arrived but I have been charged for an engineer visit even though the talk talk box was faulty? Please can you explain as I thought if there was a fault you did not get charged
