Cancelled service, but have credit score damaged

Hi Support,

 

I cancelled the service in November 2022, yet got charged an extra month, however that invoice was then subsequently credited after contacting support on phone (for an hour! passed around 3 different people! this happened twice so am reluctant to contact on phone any longer).

 

After looking at my credit score recently I noticed it had been hit by the talktalk unpaid invoice which was cancelled. Please rectify immediately.

I have sent this off to have the file amended, can take upto 30 days to reflect.
