Is there anything I need to do before the upgrade?

Important - If you use webmail and have filters set up or an email signature, you'll have to make a note of these as they will not be carried over.

Most Mail users will not need to do anything before the upgrade.

However, if you use the calendar feature of the current webmail, you will need to store or write down events as they will not be carried over to the new TalkTalk Mail.

An easy way to do it would be to select the Month view in your calendar and print the page for each of the months you need. Below are some guides to help you prepare for the upgrade.
