I receive an email from 'yourbill@billing.talktalk.co.uk', click on 'View your bill' and log in but I only get a 'loading' icon. The same happens if I try to access my bill from my account. Why?

What device/browser are you trying to access the bill on. If it is Windows, try the Opera browser, if a Mac try Safari. Try another device to see if this will resolve the issues. I have seen numerous people suffering from this & it is usually an issue with their browser. There are other things you can try, including:-
