Why am I still recieving bill emails when I am no longer a customer

The bill is your final zero balance bill, you will not have any more.

When did you leave, @Annefothergill?

 

It takes a while to sorr out the final bill.

 

I'll move this to the billing section for staff to take a look during the week.
