Yet again the same problem has occurred with sending emails. This is now beyond a joke and talktalk need to resolve this asap. The status page states (yet again) that there are no issues with emails when there plainly are - this needs changing for a start. There needs to be some statement from the senior team (if there still is one and the company has not fallen into insolvency) about what is happening and a compensation package offered.
It is impossible to contact anyone who seems to know what is going on - Ofcom seems to be the only possible avenue now.

Staff replied on Tuesday's topic, and that's the one you should have followed up on, rather than starting a further 2 new threads.
