Charge for replacement modem

My router was faulty. I contacted Talk Talk. After long chat on line they understood the problem and said they would send me a replacement. 

No charges were mentioned and now I have been charged £84.95 !!!

I believe this is incorrect. How do I get this reviewed and refunded?
