Charging me £37 for a £26 Fibre 65 Package... [RESOLVED]

It seems a little unreasonable that I must pay £37 for a package that you advertise as £26.  This is taking it a little to far.

I will be looking at getting a new ISP due to the unjustified price gauging.

Thank you ferguson, I was assisted by Junaffer and they addressed my concerns.  They informed me that the reason I am being charged so much is because I am outside of contract and they assisted me in setting up a new contract with much more agreeable pricing.

Good morning Ferguson,

 

No boosts at all.  Here is a snip of my bill and the email I just received notifying me that it will be going up by £4.61 next month.
