I cannot log in to my account.
Message:

"We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked."

Even email me a link does not work.

I do not use a TalkTalk email for that account, so have no idea. A Gmail account is used and the link arrives, but I always get the above error mesage.

This started after I recontracted Fibre 66 for 18 months and TalkTalk decided to downgrade the line to ADSL for some unknown reason,  without agreement. Now the line is ADSL instead of Fibre.
