Hello,

 

I have been trying to claim compensation for when my connection was delayed when switching to full fibre back in February.
I have spoken to many different members of your customer services teams over the last couple of months regarding this and I have been advised that a credit has been authorised and a credit will be in my account within 30 days.

I have been told i will receive £56.16 & have been sent an email as confirmation which states i would receive the payment within 48hrs? but i am still yet to receive the money? 

 

Please can somebody please look into this for me & tell me when i will receive this payment in my account?

Hi @Matmxh we have received a response from the credit processing team and they have approved the payment to be added on your account, an amount of £56.16 has been added, you will be able to view this on your myaccount. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hi @Matmxh I have checked on your account and I do see that the status of the credit that was added is still on awaiting approval and it is over the turnaround time, I have spoken to my Manager and this has been escalated to the credit processing team to have this approved to be added on the account. I do apologize for this. The payment should be showing on your myaccount in 24-48hours. I realized the wait you encountered was an inconvenience. I can rest assure you, I have escalated this for you.

Have you checked the transaction history in My Account as advised earlier?

You're welcome. Yes, this is normal. The credit needs to go through an approval first. Once it has been approved you will be able to see it on MyAccount.

is this normal as my email states it was credited & would show in 48hrs?

just confused as to why talktalk do it this way as its very confusing.
