For some days I have been unable to access either my current bill or my historic bills online. After minutes of the tiresome swirling circle I am told that the connection cannot be made. All other aspects of the service appear to be working well, and I have a good connection.
Online help is a futile endeavour, so I am hoping that Talktalk will be able to swiftly correct this problem.

Okay, as long as you had found an alternative way to view it. Also, try to clear cache and cookies on Firefox and clear your browsing history see if it still continues.

@MrAngry1 I am glad that you are now able to view the bills. If you try Firefox on a different device, is it still the same?

Thanks for your assistance. I've tried a different browser and can now access my bills. Strange though, for I've never had this problem with Firefox before.

Hi there @MrAngry1 please try clearing caches and cookies or try a different browser and advise if issue still remains.
