I have been trying to see my bill online since last Thursday and it just keeps showing Loading all the time. I spoke to someone at TalkTalk and he could see the Bill and said there must be something wrong with the website, he wasnt prepared to raise a complaint which is unbeleivable

Some people have had success with various browser tweaks, such as cookies & clearing the cache, etc. One sure way that I have found is to use a different browser for MyAccount - Opera. I have assumed that this might be for a PC, although most operating systems are catered for here:-

Try disabling any pop up or ad blockers on the TalkTalk domain. This usually clears it.
Or try another browser, and if still the same try downloading a browser you have never used and don't apply any adons or extensions.
