I am raising a complaint about the way the are dismally failing to both sort out my complaint and deliver items that should have arrived 2 weeks ago. They send you around in circles and then fail to ring back when they should. They then blamed me for not being in when I had already told them on chat and phoned to say the time THEY selected I was not going to be in! What started as a simple request to replace a very small talk talk D LINK Component is turning into a total shambles.

You're making a complaint about the way your complaint is being handled? So have you followed the Complaints process (link at the bottom of the page) and do you have a Complaints Manager appointed to help resolve any issues?
If you already have a Complaints Manager appointed then TalkTalk Support staff here are instructed to leave all discussions to the Complaints Manager.
