I've just wasted another few hours on webchat being transferred from dept to dept and then hung up on. My complaint doesn't seem to be progressed so it's time to escalate it to Ofcom or the Ombudsman.
How do I submit a Subject Access Request to talktalk so that I can get a copy of all the data they have on me?
