Full fibre won’t connect

My router has been playing up since an engineer came out and set it up, it keeps disconnecting the internet but still lets me connect to the router, tonight it started flashing orange which hasn’t happened before, I’ve tried literally everything to reset it, turned it off at the back and back on again, pressed and held the wps button, pressed and held the tiny reset button, unplugged it for a few minutes and plugged back in but nothing is changing, been going on since I had it, but every time I ring up about it they say there’s nothing wrong with it, but clearly there is because why is it doing this all the time? I’ve put in formal complaints and nothing has been done about that either, I really am fuming! Please can anyone help asap?

If you are in the middle of the complaint, it's not always possible for forum staff to intervene, but it's worth completing your community forum profile details, @Charleybear1213.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

That way they'll be able to identify your account.

Turn it off and leave it for half an hour.
