Extra payment taken in same month

Normally my monthly payment is taken on or around the 6th of the month however you seem to have changed this -

 

Payment on 4th July

Payment on 5th August

Payment on 29th August

E-mail received to say next payment is due on 30th September.

 

Why have you taken an extra payment and can you please ensure the payment date remains on or around the 6th of each month? This isn't the first time you've taken two payments in the same month!

I see payment has been taken from my account today so that means you have taken an extra payment in August. I believe my contract is £34 per month therefore I would be grateful if you refunded this error.

The billing e-mail from you this morning states quite clearly, "payment due date 30/09/2025" and "The amount due this month of £34.00 will be taken automatically from your account by Direct Debit on or immediately after 30/09/2025."

 

So from what you're saying I can ignore what the e-mail says as payment will not be taken until the first week of October? Okay, we'll see.

Regarding that, the payment via direct debit will be processed on our end on the 4th, 5th, and 6th.

The problem isn't about when you issue each bill, it's about you moving the payment dates from being on or around the 6th of each month!

Upon looking to your account, I can see that your Bill cycle is 28 days meaning we are likely to bill you on the 28 of each month subject to change because sometimes it can be on the 29th or the 27th of the month. But the Direct Debit always pays around as you've also mentioned 4th or 5th of that month, it also reflect here on my end. But your next two bills are due on the 28th of September and the 27th of October respectively, I am not sure where you need clarity.
