I just noticed from another thread that the annual increase for customers on Variable price contracts will be £4 from April 2026.
I also saw a mention that the "Fixed Price Plus" promotion is no longer available.
I renewed my broadband contract for 24 months on 27 June 2025 for £30pm.
This is what I was told:
You have chosen our Fixed Price Plus promotion.
Fixed Price Plus means that the price of your broadband remains the same during the minimum contract term and will increase by no more than £3 thereafter.
When your contract ends, we promise to never increase your price above £3 while you pay for this promotion.
I have deduced from this that I will pay £30pm from now until April 2028, and then I will pay £33pm
In the light of the recent announcement, is this still correct?

Very good, @nambuso-TT

That is correct @Billx.

I think @jbuchanangb is covered because of his particular package/contract, and the general changes from November 2025 are not relevant.

Looking into your account, I can confirm that you have a 24-month contract and yes since you took your package before the 16 November 2025 you will not be affected and all those who are affected will be sent communication regarding this. Thanks

Sounds like I have a fixed monthly rate for 33 months. Can't complain about that.

Your renewal was well in advance of the changes, @jbuchanangb:

It won't be applied to contracts started before mid November this year.

Hi, @jbuchanangb
I have the same clause in my current package.
I don't think there has been much talk about "Fixed Price Plus"
Yes, I think you correctly worked out your first increase by £3, starting 1st April 2028
2 years to 27 June 2027, then £3 increase on the next 1st of April (2028)
