I have cancelled my internet but just received an email with an outstanding balance. Can’t get to a chat as out of the country and is not available nor make a phone call. Could I please get an email to contact someone regarding this issue please. As the one being sent is a no reply one.

If you have left your Direct Debit in place, there shouldn't be a problem with payment, @vazinha.
Did you give 30 days' notice for the termination?
If you were still in contract, there would be early termination fees due.
More information would be helpful. The support team from Talktalk may not reply this afternoon and we have no email address to offer you unless you go down the route of making a formal complaint.
