All I get is spinning dots and the word Loading. I normally use Firefox but I've also tried Edge. It would help if TT attached the full bill to the email that they send me as I'm unable to access most of their website using a browser.
TalkTalk - My Account - Latest Bill is not available to me. And yes, I've turned all my ad and tracking blockers off.

It's not immediately obvious when you first look on Google Play, for example, @fr8ys.
It took a bit of digging to find this, @vadek:
I've never been told by Talktalk that it should work for me, yet the app states it's compatible with both my older and new phones.
So not very clear for customers....

If you read the description, the app is not currently available to all customers.

Apparently I'm "not a TalkTalk app customer". Huh? Another dead end. Surely downloading, installing and logging in would make me a TalkTalk app customer. Nope! I give up. Bad review on Trustpilot to come, to join all the others.

Trust me I've been through this before. I ended up having to use a Linux notebook with Google DNS. I'm trying to avoid this as it's a pain. I've just downloaded the TalkTalk app to my phone - despite its awful rating - to see if I can get at my bills that way.
I've been with TT for many years and have been happy with their actual broadband service, but I hate their website with a vengeance, both before and after the redesign. They're doing something behind the scenes which my Windows computers (and Chromebook) just don't like.

Try downloading a different browser and try using this without installing any add-ons or extensions.
Your existing browser may be holding some residual code in it's cache despite disabling your pop-up and ad blockers.

Thanks. I clicked the chat icon, selected Billing, which displayed some info. Then I clicked Bill Support Centre and ... nothing. I hate the TalkTalk website so much.
