International boosts

Hello, I currently have International call Max Boost, but want to turn it off, as I'm away. But when I go to My Account and look at the various boosts, it's not showing. 

How can I turn it off (and then turn it back on when I return)?

You can ask Talktalk to remove it for you [as the function to cancel / add boosts often doesn't work in My Account these days] @Annabel385.

 

Use Chat or Phone or wait for forum staff to do it for you.

 

If it's currently discounted, there's no guarantee of the same discount being available when you want to resume the boost, so do bear that in mind.
