Loging on to my community account

Hi all, I  can't log on my normal way as it seems impossible! I have tried Google, Firefox and Silk browsers, I have deleted cookies and used my mobile, my PC and my Kindle Fire all to no avail. Live chat took me through it all again but I always get to a screen telling me to link accounts, entering my details just gets me to a similar screen telling me that my accounts are already linked,  can't get any further than that screen.

Please help.

I have chosen the label "My Account" but is community I can't get in.

Hi nomfezeko, I have changed my password and disabled add-ons etc and I am pleased to say, problem solved.

I have no idea how, but this question has come up as me with my details?

Please help me with this as I am sure that the next time I have to log in I will go back to going round in circles!
