My account has changed I don't understand why

My contract is till 2027 and I have been paying £33.47 direct debit till 5th June. I have now received e mail saying my bill for July is £77.99. Can someone please help. I am 88 years old and can't understand this.

You shouldn't exceed an hour, you will need to drop the call before you reach an hour and redial again*
