My bill is too high

Why am I paying £49.91 per month for broadband? I have tried to call, but no one answers the phone. Talk Talk is taking advantage of me by charging me this amount. If my bill does not go down, I will be changing my provider.

We have no idea what services you are signed up for, but if you have not regularly taken advantage of renewal offers then the chances are that there are better deals available to you. Which number have you been calling? The regular customer service number at 0345 172 0088 generally presents you with you a number of automated options to start with: say "thinking of leaving" when prompted and that should get you through to the loyalty team.
