My old package was ending so I agreed to a new package deal in January and every month the new bill arrives and no discounts applied. I contact the chat get the extra money removed and am assured that it will be sorted out. My new bill once again is without any of the agreed discounts. I really don't want to send the days contacting them repeatedly to finally get it sorted and then find myself back again in exactly the same situation. Is there any way to get this finally sorted out?

@JohnWil, it simply cannot be done through the forum as there are no longer staff employed by Talktalk working on here.
There is a complaints procedure explained in a link at the foot of every Talktalk page, so following that path might help you get a satisfactory resolution.
