On 25/06 I received an e-mail from TT with offers to extend my 150 VOIP contract which was due to expire on 04/08. Using TT chat line I accepted an offer to extend for 24 months at £27 per month and received appropriate contract docs. All fine and the next payment was processed at £27 in July.
On noticing that the August bill was quoted higher at £32 I again contacted the TT chatline on 19/08 and was told that the error had been corrected and a new contract was issued at £27 as before. Strange adjustments have since been made to the August bill with a final payment of £2 made. In addition the Package overview is now showing current monthly package cost (excl. boosts and extras): as £35.88 (with a discount of £13.95 until 01 January 2095)
Can someone explain and set my future monthly bills to £27 as contractually agreed until 18/08/2027.

That is okay, i understand i would also be upset if i signed up to a £27.00 deal only to be presented by a £38.00 bill.

Right. I have been through this in online chat for the third time. Let's hope that promises are met and I'm charged £27 per month for the next 24 months as per the offer/agreement.
