Anyone any sage advice how to reach these people ~ Talktalk noticeably hands off with their assistance, despite promoting the service readily enough at sign up time.
Chatbot (Eva) not forthcoming with Pin code to take chat further, sole option is to log in at that point which simply takes you into email function ~ no help assistance offered (other than generic advice about email activity as opposed to billing which my query relates to) from there
Rubbish help for value, considering I pay £60 p.a. for their 'service'
