Hi i joined talktalk full fibre on 30th april still not recived my first bill

Probably because we have just had another bank holiday, @ben25.

 

Your bill will catch up on your service since you went live, plus bill you for the forthcoming month.

 

So it will look bigger than the one month, due to extra days since you joined, but continue on the same day of the month thereafter.
