I’m not able to download my bills from the website on my iPad, I don’t have access to a desktop. Please can you provide some help? Thanks!

Hi @PipParsons did you try using another device (NON-IOS) to confirm if it an IOS issue?

OK, once again my experience differs, I can go back a couple of years. I can only suggest you wait now until the support team pick this up.

So I updated and I was able to download recent bills, Apr 25 - Oct 24.
From Sept 24 backwards, nothing will download… it’s very weird I tried multiple ways …
I’m trying to download Mar 25 - Apr 24 for my tax return…

Always worth doing. You can force the update now if you wish.

I have juat tested on my iPad using the default Safari browser and did it no problem. Is your iPadOS up to date?

Hi @PipParsons rather disappointingly this seems to be an issue without as yet a solution. Many fellow users have similar issues, across devices, browsers, and operating systems.
For what it is worth your post has been escalated and you should hear after the holiday.
