Overcharged?

I am presently out of contract on Fibre 65, and am being charged £39.30 per month.

I am having Full Fibre fitted on the 6th February, at a fixed price of £24 per month.

I have just had my latest bill, taking £39.30 on the 9th February, will this be adjusted to the new lower monthly payment?

@dougan1963 I have checked and confirmed you will be charged the new monthly charge as of the next bill and your next bill will include credit reversals. Thanks.

@dougan1963 since the full fibre is not active as yet the bill will be charged as the fibre 65 that is out of contract and once the full fibre is installed your next bill will have credit reversals. I will also check your account to confirm.

You'll have been billed according to the package you are currently on, @dougan1963, for the month ahead.

Your next bill should reflect changes made - Talktalk never anticipates changes in its billing, in case they don't happen  / you change your mind etc, so they are made retrospectively.

If you don't see the amount reflecting the new package showing in the next bill, post back on here, @dougan1963, for staff to look into it.
