Due to my rural location I have recently moved to another provider but need a receipt to claim back my early contract cancellation from my new provider . If I use the automated service will it supply me with a receipt ?

Hi Ciggy, there is no way you can get a receipt as we don't issue these. You can use your bank statement if that would help you.

Your online bill will indicate any early termination fee, will that not suffice for your new provider? TalkTalk don't issue "receipts" as such.
