Struggling to pay

Hello,   I’ve been of work due to ill health for 6months & really struggling to pay so keep getting late fee charges is there anyway these can be dropped while on ssp

@Sammy-1, there won't be forum staff support before Tuesday at the earliest, but support via phone or Chat should be open as usual. Phone support is closed for most purposes on Sundays but open today, 9am - 6pm.

 

There's not much flexibility other than adjusting when you pay for just one month. See this article:

However, depending on your vulnerability due to ill health, it may be that they can be more helpful, so it is always worth asking. See this information:
