I've had no connection, and the black box has had the broadband and service lights off since 7pm last night.
I chatted with the virtual assistant who was no help and couldn't connect me to a real person, and I'm struggling to find any other way to contact customer services of any kind.
Any help would be appreciated as I have to work.

I tried the live chat and it told me it was connecting me to an engineer and then immediately told me no engineers were available, then closed the chat

Chat support is live just now, @RoryMS1, but all support is limited to mostly daytime hours advertised here:
Staff will respond during the day after the weekend, but are likely to point you in the direction of phoning 03451 720074 for Full Fibre support - and that doesn't open up before Monday 9am, I am sorry to say.
