Good evening,
surprised to have had a letter today from Talktalk saying unable to email my latest bill as email address is incorrect/no longer active/inbox full or being blocked by spam filters and if this happens next month, will be charged £2.75 per month for postal bill.
We have not changed anything our end, so logged into account and started an online chat. After being transferred 3 times was finally told should not really have a Talktalk email domain and should perhaps change my email address. Just find this hard to believe, why ?
Anyway, agent said he could do something his end and all will be ok, and no need to change email address.
My problem is really, will it be ok next month, and why is it not best to have Talktalk domain address
Sorry if this seems a bit of a rant, just cant understand why Talktalk change things but say you have the problem !!
