Hello,

I have an on-going issue with no internet at home, which has been ongoing for more than six weeks. I have been unable to resolve it via phone calls or online chat, so am having to resort to writing a letter in order to close my account. Please can someone provide me with the address write to, please?

Thanks in advance!

Hi nointernetathome

Sorry that you are unhappy.

As you have an open complaint we cant interfere with an ongoing complaint.

Apologies again.

Select the board that you are having issues with, i.e. fibre and start a new topic, then explain as fully as possible the issue.

Thanks for your reply, that’s appreciated.

With regards getting the issue resolved, I’m kind of at my wits end now, as the problem is six weeks in and I’m having real problems talking to real life humans that can help resolve things. If anyone can point me in the direction of how to get things sorted on here I’d be very appreciative!

If you look at the terms and conditions at the foot of each page there is an address you can write to.

It's a long winded way to resolve an issue though.

If you explain your issue here then staff can look into it for you, unless you have an open complaint with the CEOs office, in which case they may be able to chase it up for you.

Hope this helps.
