Dear team,
My previous address was:

My full name is:

I was a tenet at this house for a year and left the property on Monday 11th of September 2023.
I am still receiving bill emails from your team regarding paying for the talktalk WiFi at the stated address above.
Given that I no longer live there. Can I please be removed from your system as the payee to ensure I am not paying.
Please can I have a confirmation email that this has been done?

@mmcardle, the number to call is 03451 720088, after 9am.
You need to speak to the LOYALTY team for cancellations. They'll require 30 days' notice and if you were not out of contract, there will be early termination fees.
Less painful financially might be to transfer ownership to a new tenant there, if they are happy to go with Talktalk. Or, they may fix up an order themselves with another company.

The new tenant's details and signature would be required as well as changing the DD.

Have you contacted TT to cancel the service ?
Do you wish to transfer responsibility for the service to someone else ?
Have you requested a home move ?
Just moving out without contacting TT does not remove your obligation to pay.
In any case, cancellations cannot be processed here, you will need to contact TT directly yourself.
