Back in January I had an issue with my internet which was looked at by Openreach. They suspected a faulty router and ordered one on my behalf. The router did not come so in February I cancelled it as the internet seemed to be working. However on my account the order is still pending and I can't look at my offers. I contacted help again and they confirmed the order is cancelled but it's still there showing on my account. Please can you check and remove the order, thanks

As suggested I got in touch again with support and highlighted a stuck order.

They have unstuck it by sending me a tracking number, new modem arrives tomorrow (yes the one they previously confirmed was cancelled)!

I'll send it, or my current one if it's an older model, straight back!

Hi @oloolo

Sorry, but the lack of TalkTalk staff on this forum was imposed on us.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

If you make it clear to customer services that you have what is known as a "stuck order" then they will hopefully understand and get it sorted.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

That is very frustrating as the forum was the only way to get something done if the regular support does not understand something or it deviates from normal issues. I reached out to support 3 times now and they just said yes it's cancelled, wait 24 hours but each time the issue remains. The forum was a way of getting something non standard sorted out.. Truly a step backwards and it'll probably mean I'll move at the end of my contract as I can't see my renewal options.
