I took out 18 months contract with an Agent which he specifically, said  i would get the first 6 months free then it would stay the same price At £29,95, as i said i didnt want any in contract price rises and promiced that would be the case.

My 6 months free is up, and so  the prise as risen to £33.57 for full Fibre 150.

Which department do i need to complain to, and do i go about it , will they do anything about ?

Thanks

Steve

Hi stevebl,

"I've just checked on your account and it seems like you were affected by the price rise of £2.23, meaning there was an increase to your bill by £2.23. Thanks"

As you can see in my oridginal post, below, your agent said "there would be no in contract prise rises"

OK, so it looks like if you have £33.57 less £3.62 then your first full bill next month will be £29.95. The support team will of course check this for you.

@stevebl

I suspect that first bill may include a part-month adjustment, have you checked the itemised breakdown on My Account?

Hi,

As this is a billing query I have moved to the Billing Section.

You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
