Hi there @henrymycatis18 , thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you're having trouble accessing your billing account, please refer to @ferguson 's post and let us know how you usually access you bills and if you have tried logging in directly to MyAccount.

Are you trying to access via the link in your billing email? If so, there are some issues with that at present, have you tried logging in directly to My Account?

 

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
