Hi @RoyKR that will mean that you have a different issue than pm4042 that needs to be looked at if you are still unable to access myaccount. If you want help, you cannot use someone else's thread.

To get help, you must start your own thread. To create your own thread, go to the main page for the board in question & click the "Start a topic" button.

YOU ARE WRONG MANDISA!" I've tried via My Account and from the Billing E-mail and I've been unable to make payment for last three days. IF MY PAYMENT IS LATE IT IS TALK TALK FAULT _ NOT MINE!

I've now wasted an hour of my time on this matter.

Sort it!

ALSO:- when using  AI Sara Online chat . I am given the option to One Off Payment, RECURRING CARD PAYMENT, Direct Debit? THERE IS NO RECURRING CARD PAYMENT OPTION!!

We’re currently investigating an issue where customers are unable to access MyAccount when clicking the link provided in their eBill. This is being treated as a priority by our technical teams. I do apologize for the inconvenience, you can log into your MyAccount directly via the website in the meantime to view your bill.

This is being treated as a priority by our technical teams. can you confirm if you are using the link to access your bill on myaccount or if you have logged into your myaccount without the link?
