For the past 3 days, I've not been able to access my emails via the TalkTalk webmail service. The webmail page does not load. I contacted TalkTalk via the 'webchat' feature, but the 'expert' I was connected to was unable to assist. According to social media, I am just one of many people who are suffering from a problem with the webmail page not loading. Any ideas please? Or is this just another example of a telecommunications company not caring about its customers?

Browsers store cached data and cookies to speed up loading times. If there are outdated or corrupted files in Edge or Bing, it could prevent the webmail page from loading properly. Clearing the cache and cookies might help resolve this.

Well, it took a while to load, but using Google (which I don't particularly like) I have managed to gain access to TalkTalk's webmail page.
Why does your webmail page work with google, but not now with Edge or Bing?

I am using Microsoft Edge. I didn't have any problem before 3 days ago.
