How do I ensure both my own and my wife's historic talktalk email addresses are associated with my account so that we don't lose access to them? We have a Fibre 35 account with you at the moment.
I have not added the email addresses I need to be associated with my account in my private notes yet as I don't know how to do this?
Both email addresses were created when I originally joined talk talk many years ago. We did leave but we have recently been transferred back to you from Shell.
Any help or advice greatly appreciated as we really don't want to lose our existing email addresses.
