i have recently moved away from talktalk but wish to keep my talktalk email addresses and accounts. I have not had an email from everymail, but how do i subscribe

Hi there @ferguson thanks for the support. @Deadly848 the information that is provided is correct you don't need to do anything you will receive an email communicating the way forward about how to continue with your with everymail.

Just wait. Your TalkTalk emails will continue to work for a while. You will be notified when the time comes to subscribe to Everymail if you wish to keep them.

You need to await an email with a link to subscribe. In the meantime you can continue to use your email during a period of grace.

You can't preempt the offer by trying to sign up early as it wont work without the link.
