Is this using WebMail or a third party client such as outlook or thunderbird?
If you have not tried WebMail, can you check if this is receiving mail.
Staff can really only support Webmail issues, do if it is a third party client issue, these issues can sometimes be solved by deleting the account, closing the client, then opening it and adding your email again, preferably using IMAP settings.
