No bill this month ?!!

Considering it took me about three months to get TT to bill me after they took over the Shell accounts, this month I've been told "there's nothing to pay" !  Really, no bill this month... how can that be.  Sadly there's no-one to call or find out why they've chosen not to bill me this month.  Maybe it will continue until the end of contract in Jan 26... who knows.  Doubt whether TT knows either.  Is there anyone else who has ever received a NOTHING TO PAY this month, when you absolutely know that you do need to pay, otherwise you'll get cut off , please let me know.

Hello Phili... thank you but I managed to get past the BOT and spoke to an agent.  Apparently I was given a waiver this month, and then I was told it was a credit... no idea how I managed to build up credit, but I do realise I pay £47 per month for very little to be honest... so TT confirms I don't have a bill this month...
