I spoke to your agents at the end of last month/begining of this month when a new router was sent with additional fees and i was told that I will be billed for it. This month bill included the additional 9pounds and some pence, please sort this

As this was a renewal order and an Eero was part of that order, The charge is valid.

@AllyM, the agents usually do put the delivery charge on and staff on the forum usually don't. The figure is not exactly £9.00, as the OP mentioned correctly. Typical delivery figure:

@Tochukwu, staff will respond when they reach your thread in the queue  - they are not on here at weekends, I'm afraid, and there's nothing that ordinary customers can help you with here.

 

It's just a matter of waiting a few days for staff to resolve it.

From my experience of topics I've seen on this forum, staff generally send out replacement routers to customers free of charge, so it seems strange that they are billing you for it. The amount of £9 and some pence also seems a bit odd - Is it definitely listed on your bill as a charge for the router?
