Hello. I contacted Talk Talk on 19.1.2025 as I had no WIFI After a number of hours of checks I was told that an engineer would be sent and not to worry as there was no charge to me. When the engineer arrived on 21.1.2025 he spoke to Talk Talk to confirm that the router needed replacement and the Talk Talk person confirmed that there would be no charge of the engineer visiting or no charge for the replacement router. During further contacts with Talk talk they confirmed that there would be no additional charges for the engineer or router. I arrived home on 05.2.2025 to find that I have been charged £75 for the engineer visit.
Please could this be addressed in that I would like the charge to be lifted. Thank you

I am not that great at advise but yes you have put your issue inside mine. The best way I would say to create a NEW post is to look to higher up on your page where it shows the following
Home ---- Help with your service--- Billing --- Re: Charged £75 for engineer ( its the hyperlinked area which I am unable to include in this post)
Then just click on the word BIlling and that will take you to a page to make a new post.
The support team will see it and will help you. Mine has been refunded following their intervention. They are excellent support workers on this community site. I wish you well

How to a put up a new post. First time here.
The same happened to me and I have bed. Charged £75 for an engineer visit when all I needed was a new router as the router was faulty.

The engineer charge was removed the updated balance can be seen in My Account when you click on view bills.
