Pricing cannot be negotiated via the forum.
If you are in contract then normally your price will last the duration plus any increase notified in April each year.
Companies have promotional prices at various times if the year and existing customers are not moved to the prices.
If you wish to discuss your contract and price you will need to phone and speak to the Loyalty team.
